Exchanges are eligible up to 7 days after your order is received. Sale items are not eligible for return/refund unless damaged.
All items are only available for exchange or store credit. Feel free to email info@vandalineinc.com if you believe there is an exception to be made.
Refunds are not eligible for lost or stolen items. Refunds are not eligible for shipping costs. Refunds are not eligible for shipping delays or pre-order delays.

Shoot an email to info@vandalineinc.com to let us know which style you’d like to exchange it for.
Send your old items back using a pre-paid label that will be mailed to you. Once the items are received, we’ll send you the new style you’ve requested!
