Returns & Refunds

  • We offer free exchanges! 
  •  Exchanges are eligible up to 7 days after your order is received. Sale items are not eligible for return/refund unless damaged. 
  • All items are only available for exchange or store credit. Feel free to email info@vandalineinc.com if you believe there is an exception to be made. 
  • Refunds are not eligible for lost or stolen items. Refunds are not eligible for shipping costs. Refunds are not eligible for shipping delays or pre-order delays. 
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

  • Shoot an email to info@vandalineinc.com to let us know which style you’d like to exchange it for.
  •  Send your old items back using a pre-paid label that will be mailed to you. Once the items are received, we’ll send you the new style you’ve requested! 
  • Sale items are only eligible for exchange or for store credit not refund.
