Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

  • Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
  • Transit time is usually 4-8 days depending on how far you live from our location.
  •  Standard Domestic shipping is available (approx. 5-10 days). International shipping time is calculated by the shipping carrier .                                                                             
  • *NOTE THERE ARE MAJOR DELAYS WITH USPS* Please allow additional time for your orders to arrive. Unfortunately with USPS, packages are taking longer to arrive.                                                               
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, but requests are handled on a case by case basis. Email info@vandalineinc.com with any concerns! 
  • Refunds are not eligible for shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Exchanges are free for domestic orders only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipment Tracking

  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Once your order has been shipped, an email with a tracking number will be emailed. To track your package using that number through the USPS website (usps.com).

Shipping Time

  • Our order processing time is 1-2 business days if you choose our standard shipping option. Everything we sell is ready to ship. From our location, We ship Monday through Friday. Once shipped, your package will most likely be delivered in 4-8 days. 
  • RUSH SHIPPING: Rush shipments received before 1:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday are usually shipped out the same business day via USPS Priority Mail. Orders received over the weekend are shipped out on Monday.
  • Priority mail usually takes 2-3 business days in transit depending on how far you live from New York. We guarantee that we will ship it on time, and that we will choose priority mail. After it ships, the post office is responsible for delivery, and they do not guarantee priority mail delivery times. 
  • If you need your order rushed, you MUST choose this option at checkout. Rush shipping cannot be added once the order has been submitted.
  • We currently do not offer overnight shipping.

COVID-19 disclaimer: Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the post office has been operating with delays. We can only guarantee that we will ship your order out on time. Once it is in the hands of the USPS, we are no longer responsible for the transit time. Orders can be delayed up to 30 days. If you have a question about a shipping delay, you will need to contact your local post office. Please have your tracking number available when you contact them.
